Should have approved commercial office space of minimum 300 Sq. Ft. at some good location.
Should have good financial backup as there is a requirement of sub broker refundable deposit with the broker.
Should have passed at least 12th class as that is the minimum qualification required for a sub broker to be registered with SEBI.
Have to do registration with SEBI as a sub broker by paying appropriate fees as applicable.
Should have required infrastructure in the office to run the business ( i.e. Two Computers, Online UPS min. 2KVA, Fax machine, Internet connection & Dot Matrix Printer 132 Col.)
