What are the products and services offered by Elite Wealth through its Business Associate?

Elite Wealth facilitates investing/trading activities in all the major market segments including such as equity, derivatives, commodities, currency futures and interest derivatives. It’s robust and user-friendly trading platform (fully compatible across mobiles, tablets, laptops etc) enables to execute trades simultaneously across all Segments. We also have whole bucket of other services like online trading, depository, IPO, mutual funds, insurance broking, institution broking, margin funding, NRI services, clearing services, investment banking, PMS, wealth advisory and research to provide you extra edge over others in the market.

Does a Sub-Broker have to be registered with SEBI, NSE & BSE?

Yes, to become an authorized Sub-Broker it is necessary to get registered with the respective stock exchanges and SEBI

What are the eligibility criteria for becoming a Business Associate?

An entity (Individual, Company or Partnership firm) with good track record & reputation in financial services/other business/social circle with good client base

Minimum 1-2 years of experience in selling financial products as a Main broker/ Sub broker/Remisier/Mutual fund distributor/Insurance Advisor/Financial planner or an employee of existing Broker/Sub-broker

3 Capacity to invest minimum Rs 3-5 lac initially and ability to invest continuously in Infrastructure & people as per their business requirements

What are the infrastructure requirements for becoming a Business Associate ?

The infrastructure and financial requirements are:

  1. Min. 500 sq. feet of office space preferably in a prime location of your city/town
  2. Workstation with ISDN/VSAT connectivity required to set up a trading terminal and back office systems.
  3. Telephone lines with voice logger
  4. Separate broadband connection for back office reports

How Can I represent myself as a Business Associate?

Elite Wealth believes that even after the association, our Business Associates should have their own identity. A Business Associate can represent himself as a Sub-Broker of Elite Wealth Advisors. This can be done by various modes of communications like:

  1. Glow sign boards
  2. EWAL Letterheads
  3. EWAL Visiting Cards
  4. EWAL Product Brochures
  5. Posters, Standees, Canopies & other marketing collaterals

Will the employees of a Business Associate receive Product Training from Elite Wealth?

Yes, employees of Business Associate will be trained on all the product offerings and consistent assistance will be provided in understanding different aspects across the product line.

What kind of marketing support would a Business Associate from Elite Wealth?

An EWAL Business Associate would receive the Marketing Support through TV, Newspapers, Website, Marketing Collaterals, Seminars and Events, Outdoor Signage Posters, Standees, Canopies, Newsletters and Product E-mailers etc.

Do I have access to research reports published by EWAL and also the opportunity to personally interact with the research analysts?

Yes, you have complete access to all types of research reports published by EWAL. We also give you opportunities to personally interact with our research team via conference calls, chats and also research seminars.

What are the procedures if I wish to discontinue my association? Is there any lock-in period?

There is no lock-in period for a Partner. To discontinue association a associate will have to give us a 30-day prior notice along with the exchange closure fee. Alternatively, we can also give a 30 day notice to a Partner and ask him to discontinue.
